The need for each plank to be machined parallel over its entire length and to have clean, accurate cut that is perpendicular to its length is critical for a good installation. The Doucet End Matcher line performs the accurate coping profile in a very precise manner at either high production speeds with the DH series or in smaller volumes with the EM series. In both cases, the accuracy of the end match is assured with a very positive hold-down system that keeps the part firmly at right angles to the cutting unit.
