• Unique Cutting Action

  The single-end profiling machines available today are as varied as most other cutting operations and until recently produced about the same kind of average results. The introduction of the PMK systems machine has brought a new level of quality to the lower production applications. The unique cutting action of the PMK allows for a simple introduction of the part into the machine infeed and without the need for backer blocks or dogs, the shaped profile cut is performed with a chip out. This style of machine can be used for cabinet parts, finger joints, end matching of flooring or anything similar requiring a profiled end cut. Cabinet companies across the country are utilizing this unique machine with outstanding results.

• A New Solution for Coping and End-Matching

  The most innovative Coping, Tenoning & End-Matching Systems offered to the woodworking market today. The PMK C-1203 & C-1205 provides a new solution for coping and end-matching without chipping, splintering or blow-out. Because they use two counter-rotating spindles, these systems do not need a chip breaker or blow-out piece. Place workpieces on the table, and activate the machine. The workpiece is automatically clamped securely to the table and moved past the cutter heads, which are located behind a safety barrier. With this system, quality, efficiency and safety are greatly improved.

• Elimination of Work Table Rejects

  The table moves on high-quality linear rails like those used on CNC routers. This ensures the precise location of the table and work pieces in relationship to the cutters. The patented eccentric hold-down clamp is also guided by linear rails and is driven from the center of the hold down clamp. Since the hold-down clamp is always parallel to the work table rejects are virtually eliminated.
