Introducing the CNC 3-in-1 Spindle Clamp Group Gauge!
This innovative tool was created by a seasoned member of the Scarlett service team. This tool combines three essential functions into one convenient package, making it a must-have for CNC spindle maintenance.
The first function of this tool reinstalls the Finger Set of the Clamp Group on HSD Spindles for HSK 63F or similar tooling. The precision cylinder allows for proper finger alignment, ensuring all fingers seat inside the spindle simultaneously.
The second function of the 3-in-1 tool provides a measuring window that allows for a quick, precise measurement of the Bullet height to the required 10.5mm - 11mm range. This removes the need for additional clumsy tool-swapping to perform the job.
The third function of this versatile tool is an ergonomic, built-in "backup" wrench for the bullet, which allows a 4mm allen wrench to release or set torque on the set screw while holding the Bullet in place. This also allows you to adjust the Bullet height using the built-in wrench while using the previously mentioned window. Rotating the 3-in-1 tool while holding the setscrew in position allows you to set the proper bullet height. This provides a seamless process with minimal tools and time, getting you back into production sooner.
