Bore and dowel machines

The H49 is a horizontal point-to-point bore and dowel insertion machining center.

It is designed to CNC position the spindle, bore a hole, then CNC position the inserter, inject glue or water (for pre-glued dowels), and fire the dowel into the hole.

A part is placed into the work zone referencing the back and side fences. The green palm button is pressed and the clamps secure the part into place. The machining is now ready to begin in the work zone. There are 2 zones standard in the base model H-49 allowing for pendulum processing. While the one part is being machined, the other zone can be loaded and queued for machining.

The HP5D is designed to machine parts used in TFL (thermally fused laminate), TFM (thermally fused melamine), paper wrapped, vinyl wrapped or thermofoil doors.

The model HP5D is a horizontal point to point bore and dowel insertion and panel groove machining center. It is designed to CNC position a drill spindle, bore a hole, then CNC position the dowel inserter, inject glue or water (for pre-glued dowels), and insert the dowel into the hole. As well as cut a panel groove in the center section of the inside edge of the door stile and the entire inside edge of the door rail material.

The HPJ 48 is a Vertical and Horizontal Boring machine and Dowel insertion CNC machining center used for case construction in cabinet and/or furniture manufacturing.

The HPJ 96 is a Horizontal Bore and Dowel insertion CNC machining center used for case construction in cabinet and/or furniture manufacturing, good for all of your horizontal boring needs.

The HPJ-L is a horizontal CNC machining center that drills the pocket for Lamello’s P-System. This is used for glueless and clampless case construction in cabinet and/or furniture manufacturing.

The HPLD is a horizontal point-to-point Lockdowel inserting machine and one of the finest line boring machines for cabinets available. This machine will insert H-clips, Channel Locks, and Spring Pins with ease. Using CNC control, this machine positions the drilling spindle to bore holes and insert the Lockdowel hardware.

Using the HPLD will allow you to produce three times as much product without needing more employees. There’s no need for glue or clamping with the HPLD and Lockdowel system. Lockdowels help reduce assembly time by 80% or more. Putting together cases, cabinets and furniture should take minutes, not hours. Cabinets built with EClips are SEFA 8 tested and passed.
