The Concept Easy is the ideal assembly support for dowel construction for case goods production as well as drawer production.

The Concept Eco, our most popular model, provides flexible support in the assembly of dowel construction case goods as well as drawer assembly production.

  • With workpiece tolerance compensation (System Ganner)
  • 2 Potentiometer for stepless adjustable pressing force
  • Pressing force min. 300/500 kg
  • Pressing force max. 2200 kg
  • 4 Pressing velocities and adjustment rates, 5 /10 / 25 / 50 mm/sec. (with fine positioning / creep feed)
  • Adjustable clamping cycle time with automatic opening
  • Simple operation by 6 individual push buttons for 8 motion sequences
  • Standard Length (X): 150 – 2500 mm, Height (Z): 150 – 1300 mm, Depth (Y): 150 – 700 mm. Can also be provided in longer X-axis length as an option.
 Concept 70 ECO Plus
Concept Primus 70/90

The Concept Primus provides some of the highest pressing force on the market at 3500kg max. This model can also come in a 700mm or 900mm depth to fit your company’s assembly production needs.

  • With workpiece tolerance compensation (System Ganner)
  • 2 Potentiometer for stepless adjustable pressing force
  • Pressing force min. 600/800 kg
  • Pressing force max. 3500 kg
  • 4 Pressing velocities and adjustment rates 5 /10 / 25 / 50 mm/sec. (with fine positioning / creep feed)
  • Adjustable clamping cycle time with automatic opening
  • Simple operation by 6 individual push buttons for 8 motion sequences
  • Width (X): 150 – 2500 mm, Height (Z): 150 – 1300 mm, Depth (Y): 150 – 700 mm = Concept Primus 70, Depth (Y): 150 – 900 mm = Concept Primus 90. Can also be provided in longer X-axis length as an option.
