It has 3 main parts; a 420 mm (16-1/2″) carbide tipped saw blade, pneumatic twin horizontal & vertical clamps, and air guns. There are also infeed & outfeed tables and pneumatic spray mist lubrication systems among optional equipment.
It has a heavy-duty construction for long machine life and hydro-pneumatic saw blade feed. Its movable back fence enables us to cut bigger profiles both straight and miter cut.
In operation, when the cutting process is finished, the saw blade moves down to its starting position automatically. Crater-02 A has a special safety purpose; for instance, if the top guard is opened during the cutting process, the saw blade moves down automatically.

There is also a heavy-duty 18” (450 mm) manual up cut miter saw is designed for cutting PVC, aluminum, and wood at desired angles, and it has split type straight cut on 90° left angle.It has cutting at fixed angles (via the lock pin) and any intermediate angles.In addition, the cutting process itself is user friendly by easily pressing down the horizontal metal bar.
The heavy-duty 18″ (450 mm) automatic double head miter saw has been designed for straight and miter cut of aluminum & vinyl extrusions and wood. The saw is operated automatically via PLC control, where cut lists can be generated via manual input on the touch screen. Like all our machines this saw has been designed in full conformity with UL Safety Directives and comes with 2-year warranty.
