60″ x 144″ Moving table, Heavy Duty fixed bridge machine in a front-to-back configuration with a 2″ thick solid cast aluminum table.
Equipped with:
(2) 16 HP COLOMBO wrench type routing spindles, variable speed from 6,000 – 18,000 RPM.
All axes:
Ride on THK linear guideways with motion provided by closed-loop AC Servo motors driving precision preloaded ball screws, delivering positioning tolerances of 0.001″ and 1,200 IPM rapid traverse rates. All ball screw and way bearings are serviced by an automatic lubrication system.
• Control:
GE/FANUC “OMC” Series computer control with 9″High-resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, RS-232 port, handheld controller.
• Features:
Background editing, self-diagnostic, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.
Comes complete with:
Assorted collets, roller hold-down, and documentation.
