Tim with his wife Kelly moved from Central Ohio, where Tim attended The Ohio State University, to Wooster Ohio in 1997. Tim earned his degree in Electronic Engineering while working for Crown N.A.. Tim was involved in the successful transition of Crown from a Batch and Queue Manufacturing facility to a very successful single piece flow “Lean Manufacturing” environment. Tim then transitioned into Sales and Sales Management with Work Area Protection Corp. who is a leader in the development and manufacture of Highway Impact Attenuation devices Portable Changeable Solar LED Messaging trailers and Temporary Traffic Control Devices. Tim was responsible for the specification and approval of all of the company’s products throughout an 11 state Midwest territory. Tim’s most recent experience is the successful launch and implementation of a Temporary Queue Warning System for use in roadway construction areas to advise motorists and self-driving vehicles of a change in the road ahead. Tim is truly excited about the opportunity to learn about the Clients served by Scarlett and their Manufacturers while applying his knowledge and experiences as a consultative solution-oriented resource for the industries in Ohio whom Scarlett serves.
Tim and his wife are the parents of three teenage daughters with whom they enjoy soccer, outdoorsman activities, and motorsports. The Hohman family is an active supporter of the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
