Matt comes to Scarlett with over 25 years of industry experience.  He has a BS in Plastics Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and has worked in different engineering roles in the automotive and wood processing industries.  Matt has many years of experience in the door industry specializing in stile and rail, fire door, and hardware machining.  Matt is a 6-Sigma black belt and loves the process engineering side of the business.
